T Square Technologies offers Viscoelastic Compound, Viscomass. It is made from high-density polymeric alloy with limp mineral additives. Viscoelastic compound has a range of densities for shock and impact absorption as well as vibration damping and noise reducing properties. A major benefit of the material is its ability to isolate a system from unwanted vibrations and resonance by lowering the natural frequency of the system. It has excellent shock and isolation characteristics. The material exhibits high damping properties over broad frequency range. The material is available in pure viscoelastic compound to very high-density limp mineral loaded compound.
