Reichhold India Private Limited manufactures Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR) using an innovative technique to control the uniform molecular weight distribution. Apart from raw material dosing, the process parameters are precisely controlled by state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment enabling to produce consistent high quality products with uniform physical and chemical properties, keeping close tolerance. The resins are manufactured using statistical process and quality control to ensure consistent performance, batch to batch by using SAP system. UPR resins have application in windmill, building and construction, engineered stone, chemical equipment, transportation, pipe marine and other segments. Reichhold India has uniquely designed multipurpose resin reactors that are being operated with the help of DCS system and raw materials are handled with automated facilities. Intricate design and computer controlled operation ensure the product quality is consistent in every batch. Reichhold's state-of-the-art manufacturing unit started its operation in India in October 2009. With this, Reichhold has further strengthened its worldwide presence. It has now 20 plants worldwide and 4 technology centres. It is spread over 40,500 sq.m and has a capacity in excess of 13,200 MT.
