Avis Machines offers Ultra Fine Cobalt Powder. The fisher grain size is 1.1 to 1.5 micron. Its principal applications are in diamond tools, cemented carbide tools, hard metals, glass industries, and diamonds polishing scaives. Chemical composition: Cobalt (Co) 99.8%; Iron (Fe) 0.05%; Manganese (Mn) 0.001 %; Zinc (Zn) 0.003%; Sodium (Na) 0.03%, Oxygen (02) 0.8%. It is available in 1 kg package in cardboard box with inner LDPE bags sealed in inert atmosphere and 25 kg & 50kg package in metal drum with inner LDPE bags sealed in inert atmosphere. Applications: buttons for DTH bits, drill steel inserts (DSI) for drill rods, wire drawing nibs, bar and tube drawing pellets, wear parts, special tips, blanks etc., as per requirement/drawing and cold heading pellets. The company also offers tungsten metal and tungsten carbide powders. It is available in different particle sizes.
