Soil Stabilizer/ Land Slide Prevention

Padmaja Chemicals offers two-component water based binder for soil stabilization/ land slide prevention/ bearing capacity enhancement. Generally freshly excavated mountain/ hill slopes are more prone to soil erosion particularly after heavy rainfall because of wash out of supporting soil. This gives rise to land slides. Also in some types of soils bearing capacity of soil is quite poor for foundation purpose. In above cases, the two-component solution is mixed and injected into the soil. This hardens after curing and binds the loose soil and prevents wholesome soil erosion during heavy rainfall and hence prevents major land slides. Big stones and boulders are also gets bond to the supporting soil, to some extent. Binder injection into the soil depends upon topography and geology of the terrain to be stabilized. Soil stabilizers are used in road making, railways and building construction industry.
