Silicone Emulsions

Silicone emulsions are excellent general purpose mould release agents. The unique properties of poly dimethyl siloxane and versatility of the formulation has enabled silicone emulsions to be further used as polished ingredients, lubricants and water repellents. Omtex produces various grades of silicone emulsions using non-ionic emulsifiers with active contents varying from 15% to 60%. Tailor made formulations for the customers are also undertaken as the case may be.
