Rust Remover cum Preventive Solution

Precise (India) offers Prebond-250, a Rust Remover-cum Preventive Solution). This is an ideal water-based non-acidic, non-toxic and pollution free rust remover-cum preventive solution. It can easily remove rust, light oil and welding spots on the metal surface with proper application and protect the metal surface from further rusting for next 30-45 days. It is a phosphoric acid base solution, after application it gives grey coloured zinc phosphate coating at room temperature and where the articles are not required to be powder coated or painted immediately, the grey coloured zinc phosphate coating confers exceedingly good resistance against atmospheric corrosion. Product data: application equipment – plastic bath/bucket or container; concentration –1 kg of chemical and 2 or 3 kg of water; temperature – room temperature; application method – swabbing, brushing or dipping; and packing and storage – 25 and 48 kg.
