Passivation Spray Gel for SS Pickling

Novel Surface Treatments offers VK Spray®, a stainless steel pickling Passivation Spray Gel. External application of VK Spray with special pressurised plastic spray bottle, VK Spray, is used for pickling and passivation of large stainless steel surface areas with plastic spray pump or pressurised spray bottle. It simultaneously removes annealing colours, ferritic contamination and weld burns. VK Spray is very safe and easy to use for cleaning of large equipments like SS vessels, dryers, agitators, dairy machinery, fermenters, internals as well as externals of pipes by pressurised spray bottle or pump. The coverage/kg is approx 40 sq.ft. VK Spray does not leave yellow or b lack marks on SS surface. The company also manufactures special VK chemicals for 400 series and duplex grade stainless steel. VK range of `fumeless' pickling and passivation chemicals are approved under ASTM A380 standards. The products are well accepted by Third Party Inspection agencies.
