The Release Agent consists of a stable 30 % poly dimethyl siloxane fluid in water emulsion. The silicone oil phase is compatible with many organic finishing agents (paints/coatings/adhesives). Mould Release Agent can be recommended for the release of articles where post-finishing is required.
- For release of a wide variety of articles and components, which require post Finishing
- Fabricating plastic parts and components; examples include rigid polyurethane Foam, epoxy molded transformers, and fiberglass reinforced polyethylene
- Molding of rubber goods; examples include rubber mats/carpet backing, latex Dipping and mandrel wrapping
