Mass Finishing Compounds

Vohras International offers Mass Finishing Compounds. It is used for deburring, descaling, polishing of both ferrous and non-ferrous parts. It is used in both open and closed loop systems with manual or automatic feed. Deburring compounds are specially formulated to keep the debris of deburring to be held in suspension and prevent their re-deposition/ adhesion. This ensures that media surfaces are continuously kept clean for abrasive action. Descaling compounds are specially formulated to remove scales and aid the abrasive media in descaling small components made of ferrous and copper based alloys. Polishing compounds are specially formulated to provide water conditioning, detergency, rinseability and metallic brightening coupled with good solids suspension properties.
