Hardening Liquid

Unichem Products offers a Hardening Liquid for hardening of medium/high carbon steels. The product replaces Methanol which is commonly used for this application. The product offers a more protective atmosphere and eliminates the problems of scaling, surface decarburisation, etc., which are commonly associated with the use of Methanol for hardening of medium carbon or high carbon steels. This product can be used is pit type, rotary, shaker hearth or continuous hardening furnaces.
