Ashok Industry offers Descaling Compound, Scalgun-WS. This is an inhibited liquid chemical compound used for descaling/cleaning of boilers. 5% solution of Scalgun-WS with water can be circulated or left overnight in boilers to remove light to medium water scale deposits without attacking base metal. After descaling with Scalgun-WS, rinse with water and then passivate with 1% solution of Asfofix-P.
