Cleaning Solutions For Jet Type & Ultrasonic Washing Machines

Regent Biochem is a JV company with CB Chemie of Germany, who specialise in eco-friendly cleaning and welding solutions. The company has developed versatile degreasing and cleaning medium for use in both jet type and ultrasonic washing machines. The Star range of products, as they are called, includes the Alu-Star, Clean-Star, Power-Star, etc. Alu-Star is a mild alkaline cleaner used for cleaning non-ferrous soft metals like aluminium and galvanised surfaces. Power-Star is a strong alkaline cleaner used for ferrous metals like mild steel, casting components etc. The products are non-foaming in nature making them ideal for use in washing machines. They are non-inflammable making it safe for transport and storage. They contain select surfactants, which avoid foam formation and are also biodegradable. These products can replace the oil based solvents which are generally toxic and also emulsify. The Star range of cleaners also provides excellent cleaning efficiency and is also free of complex phosphates, which are harmful to the environment. The cleaners are dilutable in water up to 1:100 ratio and contain corrosion inhibitors, providing short term corrosion protection. The diluted liquids can be heated up to 80°C for better cleaning efficiency in the cleaning machines.
