Bio-Degradable Degreasers

Integrated Technology offers Bio-Degradable Degreaser. It is an environmentally sound alternative to many industrial cleaners. It is preferred for both human and aquatic life. Biodegradability is measured by the amount of time it takes for large organic molecules to break down into smaller molecules in the environment. A readily biodegradable chemical begins to break down into water, mineral salts, carbon dioxide and other oxides immediately. This water-based liquid alkaline cleaner comes ready-to-use. It dries completely and is residue free after rinsing. This degreaser is non-hazardous, does not add to in-plant VOCs or emit fumes or objectionable odors. It is also completely non-flammable. It is excellent for use on cleaning exterior grease and deposits, especially in stubborn areas like air compressors. It may also be used in parts washers but will foam if agitated excessively. Salient features: non toxic to human or aquatic life; pleasant odor; does not contain chlorine bleach; contains VOC levels under 10 percent by diluted weight; rinses completely; free of phosphates; readily biodegradable; does not contain EDTA or NTA; works in cool water; and environmentally safe.
