It works with diametrical tolerance within 0.015 mm on turning machines, 0.005 mm on grinding machines, on linear dimensions tolerance of 0.025 mm and on roundness of less than 0.005 mm on outer and linear diameters. It also works with a variety of raw materials like En1A (1214 or 12L14), En8M, AISI 1144, stainless steel, etc. Rollon Hydraulics Pvt Ltd was established in 1994 in partnership with Busak+Shamban as a distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic seals and sealing systems. In 1998, it was appointed as authorised agent for sales and service of products by HUSCO International, USA. In 2004, the company set up a unit for the manufacture, assembly and supply of precision parts.
