Modular Housing Systems

Devi Polymers manufactures Duro-STOR modular housing systems made of isophthalic polyester resin SMC (sheet moulding compound). These GRP (SMC) hot press moulded modular systems are suitable for use as canopies, kiosks, shelters, plant rooms, enclosures and cold rooms. GRP (SMC) hot press moulded panels using a 750 tonne hydraulic press form the basic unit of Duro-STOR modular systems. These predrilled panels are easy to assemble at site providing free standing, floor mounted, independent outdoor, weatherproof modular systems. These panels moulded with high quality SMC from matched metal steel moulds at 150°C and high pressure, offer excellent strength and dimensional accuracies (±0.5 mm over 1 mm). Practically any size and shape of modular systems can be made to suit customer"s requirements and space constraints. Standard panels of size 1 m x 1 m, 1 m x 0.5 m, 1 m x 0.15 m and 1m x 0.075 m "L" angle for joining junction are available for assembly of modular systems.
