Shiv Repowering Instruments offers a range of Tools and Gauges. These comprise of the following products: 1. Side face cutter – this face cutter is very useful for turning the face of ferrous and non ferrous material at right angle with the reference of bore; and the tool can be set at any diameter from 55 mm to 150 mm; 2. Centring device: this is very useful for getting quick and accurately centring of bore in line boring machine and vertical boring machine; 3. Cutter head – this cutter is very useful when big size hole to be bored and very easy to fit on any boring bar in line boring and vertical boring machine size available from 100 mm to 200 mm; 4. Inside boring gauge: this snap gauge has range from 55 mm to 125 mm with the help of different size of plungers; bore can be measured without removing boring bar in line boring machine; 5. Parallels – height grade cast iron parallels with high accuracy machining with T-slot; sizes available – 100 mm and 200 mm height; and also available as per requirements and specifications; 6. Tool setting micrometer – for line boring machine this micrometer is works very accurately and give direct reading of bore with the help of dial gauge; 7. Taper centring cone – high grade cast iron taper centring cone very use full for quick centring block in line boring machine; and 8. Tool setting micrometer: for vertical boring machine; and this micrometer can be used to pre set the tool accurately, so as to get the required bore size.
