Thread Ring Gauges, ENP

Super Tech Supply has introduced electro less nickel plated (ENP) Thread Ring Gauges, with main advantages of long life, corrosion resistance and dimensionally more accurate. The main features of ENP gauges is that being a chemical plating process the deposition is absolutely uniform and the dimensions of gauges can be maintained within close micron tolerances. These gauges are manufactured with quality steel on CNC machines. Before plating, barrel tumbling process with proper media is done to get super fine surface finish even on internal threads. After plating, heat treatment is done and the surface hardness goes up to 70 HRc, hence having very good wear and tear resistance. The life of ENP gauges is almost up to 5 times more than normal gauges. ENP gauges are mirror bright and smooth finished. These have lubricity property, which makes smooth checking of components. All standard sizes from 3 mm to 24 mm in thread form Metric, Unified, BSP, NPT and BSPT are available. NPL/NABL calibration certificate is given with the gauges.
