Size Control Gauges & Tools, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, is engaged in manufacturing, calibration and sale of Thread and Plain Gauges. Thread gauges: acme and stub acme; trapezoidal; buttress; modified square; BS cycle, BS and special conduit and BA; special taper gauges; and squareness and concentricity gauges. Plain gauges: plain plug gauges – 1 mm to 300 mm; plain ring gauges 1 mm to 250 mm; plain settings 1 mm to 250 mm; fixed snap gauges 1 mm to 300 mm; measuring pins 0.3 mm to 20 mm; thread measuring pins 0.17 mm to 3.2 mm; Morse taper plugs and rings MT1 to MT7; ISO taper plug and rings ISO 30 to ISO 50; and special gauges made to customer requirements. The company is engaged in this business for the past 25 years and has continuously upgraded and updated the technology, incorporating the use of advanced, sophisticated machinery. It has centrally air-conditioned grinding shop equipped with full range of matrix internal and universal thread grinding machines and all other allied machines required to manufacture thread gauges, temperature and humidity controlled standards room equipped with all latest types of measuring instruments with NPL – New Delhi tracability; in-house heat treatment unit and sub-zero treatment facility, a state-of-the-art quality control lab and an aesthetically designed metrology lab.
