Plain Ring Gauges

Ring gauges are manufactured from special grade alloy steel, which is hardened, sub zeroed, ground and precision lapped to ensure the highest quality, stability and life. These are manufactured in sizes ranging from 6 mm to 350 mm. The design is as per IS 3585:1972, IS 6633:1972 Go and Not Go member respectively. Precicheck, an ISO 9001-2000 company, started with just plain gauges, but is now engaged in manufacturing a whole lot of instruments and precision components in addition to providing services in the technical as well as project areas. The company also specialises in the field of honing and lapping of round, flat as well as contoured surfaces. Recalibration of various instruments is also done as per prescribed standards. It has set up an advanced, fully equipped production facility to cater to the most stringent requirements and demands of its customers. In addition to online quality control it has set up a modern, air conditioned and dust free Standards Room.
