Draw Bar Force Gauge, Clamp Check

S M Enterprises has developed new equipment called Clamp Check, a brainchild of a technocrat from IIT-Mumbai with a rich experience of 30 years. Clamp Check is a draw bar force gauge designed to measure forces of machine tool draw bar (spindle force in vertical/horizontal machining centres). This unit basically measures the spindle force of any VMC (also its corollary application on HMC), allowing early detection of problems with the spindle pressure spring system. Further it leads to assess the health of draw bar assembly of the VMC.

It warrants the attention for preventive maintenance of a machine well in time to avoid potential damage to the system.
