Auto Gauging Units

Automation And Control offers Auto Gauging Unit. These are used for the automatic measurement of dimensions like inner dia, outer dia, width, height, etc. and for the inspection of the valve seats. The valve seat has chamfer only on one side. The auto gauging unit measures Outer dia; Width; Detects chamfer and its orientation. The unit consists of following: Rotary hopper; Belt conveyor; Chamfer orientation unit; Measuring station with LVDT probes for the measurement of OD, width and chamfer and Segregation unit for removing the rejected components. The entire sequence of operation is controlled through PLC. The auto-gauging unit improves the reliability of the supply.
