Azad Engineering Pvt Limited offers a range of Turbine and Aerospace Parts. The company started its core manufacturing activity in the year 2008 along with its sister concern operating as Atlas Fasteners, which was established in 1981. As a qualified supplier to leading OEMs, it engaged in jobs like forged/machined components and tailor made products as per customer requirements. Later the company made a significant change in its manufacturing strategy by developing steam and gas turbine parts – forged and precision machined components for power generation equipment manufacturers. In the year 2012, a step further resulted in expansion to make a mark in the aerospace sector. Now with a large customer base involving OEMs as well as service providers across Asia, Europe and America, the company has a well organised team of over 300 people to cater the requirement of quality products. Salient features of AEPL facilities: total area of factory + office 11108 sq.m; total area of unit 2 (forging + heat treatment) 8778 sq.m; present installed capacity of the plant – approx 250000 parts/annum; forge shop; 5-axis CNC machine shop; heat treatment shop; and state-of-the-art lab and testing facility.
