Divyansh Steel Private Limited manufactures Structural Steel Products for its fully automatic, three drive, 14" Structural Steel Rolling Mill with an installed capacity to roll 60,000 MT of steel per annum. It is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified organisation, also certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (IS 2062 Grade E 250 and IS 2062 Grade E 350). The product range includes angles from 45 x 45 mm up to 100 x 100 mm and H-beams 116 x 100 mm. Total land area of 7.5 acres of the plant gives enough space for raw materials and finished goods stacking and carrying out other operations in a very efficient manner. The re-heating furnace of the mill is pusher type, dual fired (pulverised coal or furnace oil) having capacity of 15 MT per hour. It is designed and installed by Technotherma Furnaces, Mumbai. Traceability of raw materials from finished goods can be easily ascertained from a transparent and sound system of record keeping, raw material identification, colour coding and bundle identification of finished goods. The company’s lab comprises of Spectromax-x (Germany) make spectrometer, universal testing machine, impact testing machine, optical pyrometer with digital reader, and all other necessary equipments required for quality assurance. Straightening is one of the biggest grey areas in rolling mill sector. The company pays utmost attention for straightening of the material and to ensure the same it has procured two straightening machines (360 mm and 310 mm centre) and two primary (40 m x 6 m) and two secondary (13 m x 6 m) cooling beds provide sufficient time for cooling of the material.
