Steel Rolls

Tube mills, straightening machines, roll forming lines: Gallium manufactures rolls with typical profiles. The company has set high standards through selection of raw materials, heat treatment and machining, to achieve high precision, toughness and maximum wear resistance for greater productivity. Features: computer aided designing; imported forged alloy tool steel material; special heat treatment process to achieve isotropic structure minimum wear; CNC machining to meet close tolerances; and spring steel template (gauge) made on CNC wirecut to check the profile. Roll design: computer aided designing with edge and `W' formation. The profiles are generated by special software (COPRA) and strip strain analysis is done to avoid any overloading at any stage during forming. Optimum strip width is calculated through the software to increase material yield in the strip processing line and to improve weld quality of tube.
