Steel Rolled Bars

Kesri Steels offers a range of Steel Rolled Bars. The company maintains optimum reduction ratios while hot rolling by selecting the most appropriate ingot size resulting in complete breakage of “as cast structure” and thereby promoting better internal soundness in the rolled bars. Sizes: round bars – 26 to 156 mm; square bars – 25 to 125 mm; and flat bars – width 50 to 200 mm and thickness 8 to 40 mm. Supply conditions: these are available in all grades of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel; suitable for ring rolling, forging, re-rolling and up-setting; ultrasonically tested in accordance with ASTM standards; hard stamped with heat number, grade and size; round bars are also supplied in straightened condition (up to 1.5 mm per metre); and heat treated – annealed/solution annealed, quenched and double tempered. The company was incorporated in 1987 to manufacture stainless steel products, promoted by an entrepreneur having an experience of 40 years in steel and oil industry. Today, with the maximum heat size of 18000 kg, it offers a wide range of products which includes castings, ingots, round bars, square bars, flat bars and forged bars in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and special steel as per national and international standards.
