RSM Industries is pioneer in manufacture of high precision die sets, pillar sets and ball cages used in stamping industry. Die sets are made of cast iron and mild steel of various sizes. Pillar sets are of type, straight pillar, taper pillar, column mount type, the bush being collar, plain or clamp type. Ball cages are made of cast sintered bronze, half hard aluminium, cast nylon. Sizes vary from ID 16 mm to ID 100 mm in various lengths. Steel balls used is HCHC + 1 micron, ovality of ball being .03 microns. The company undertake honing and super finishing for bush and pillar, accuracy, ovality and parallelism maintained at 3 microns.
