Sandvik Steel, based in Sweden, offers stainless steel hollow bars in the size range 26-250 mm. These are available in stock lengths of 2-7 m depending on diameter. Increased cutting speeds and feed rates, higher productivity, and better machine utilisation through reduced stoppage time are some of the advantages of using these bars. Bars of fixed lengths are offered on special orders. These products conforming to DIN, NFA and ASTM standards are supplied in solution annealed and white-pickled varieties.
