Spline rolls

Threadaid, based in Hyderabad, manufactures spline rolls that offer improved physical characteristics of the products and increase the tensile strength by 10 percent. Steels (including SS and tool steel), Al, Cu Alloys, Bronze, Brass, and Nylon are the materials suitable for being rolled out in forms such as involute, triangular, straight/helical and knurl. Rolling is feasible on materials with malleability up to Rc 40.
