PolyFlex offers PVC Products. It is of high standards and suitable for various applications. It is flash free with aesthetic glossy finish and durable.The product range includes items ranging from small protective caps, insulation sleeves to large bellows, bus bar boots or shrouds. Specifications: hardness of 55 to 70° shore, 60 to 75°C key tensile strength and elongation greater than 250%; dielectric voltage with stand is 60 sec at 2500 V; it has no heat shrinkage up to specified temperature; no cracking of specimens when cooled for 1 hour at minus 100 ±1.0°C; thermal conductivity 3.0-4.0 cal\sec; continuous heat resisting maximum temperature of 105°C; withstands thermal stress temperature of 140°C; self-fire extinguishing with volume specific resistance of 109-1013 cm; voltage resistance of 13 - 21 kV\mm and voltage rating 600 V with power factor of 0.08-0.15; and effect of strong or weak acid is little or none on the products.
