Jayhind Polymers is engaged in manufacturing PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) products, and has the largest production capacity and biggest product range in PTFE and filled grade PTFE basic shapes and subshapes in India. The company offers PTFE Extruded Rods. These are available in diameter range: 5 mm to 100 mm (standard); and length: 900 mm or 1000 mm (standard). Specific length and diameter can be made available as per customers’ requirements. The company manufactures virgin and filled PTFE basic shapes, subshapes and machined components. It has capacity to process 3 to 4 tonnes of material per month. It is backed by entrepreneurs having experience and knowledge of more than a decade, in every aspect of PTFE processing/fabrication. PTFE is an engineering plastic polymer extensively used for various industrial applications due to its outstanding mechanical, chemical properties and weather resistance.
