Ultra Engineers is engaged in manufacture, export and supply of precision heavy-duty Metal Components, for specific purposes, like windmills, sugar industries, heavy projects, etc. The range includes machined and fabricated components and heavy die and moulds assemblies. The manufacturing facility is endowed with state-of-the-art machinery, computer-aided design tools and dedicated personnel and engineers. The staff is accomplished with sufficient knowledge of all the applied sciences, essential to meet the requirements of customers. New and sophisticated software is used for designing and 3D modelling of components and parts, including CAD and others: DELCAM Powermill and Powershape (modelling and programming); Pro-E, Ideas; Auto Cad-2000 and Fine APT for wire cut.
