Piston Rods

Electro Coats offers Piston Rods. These rods are made from hard chrome plated steel bars, for pneumatic cylinders, and other applications. Specifications: product range - Ø10 mm to Ø100 mm; material grade - EN-8D; plating thickness - 15 to 25 microns; chrome surface hardness - 60 to 65 RC; surface smoothness - RA 0.2 to 0.3 microns; tolerance - f7; and straightness - 0.2 mm/metre. The other products offered are tie rods and guide shafts for various machines building industries and metering bars for paper mills.
