Maraica Industries offers Metal Pressed Components. These are components for automative sectors. The product range includes car starter parts, wiping systems as assemblies, parts of alternators, parts of fuel injection systems, compressors parts, parts of braking systems and compressors used in automobiles, commercial luminaries, ballast manufacturing and parts of automotive luminaries. The processes done are sheet metal pressings, metal forming, spinning, plastic mouldings and blasting, powder coating, electroplating, painting and tool design and manufacture. The facilities available for manufacturing includes mechanical power presses ranging from 5-450 tonnes, hydraulic presses ranging from 25-250 tonnes, pneumatic presses ranging from 10-250 tonnes, CNC coil winding machine for ballast manufacturing, special purpose machines for wiper assembly, conveyor type laser printing machine, in-house surface treatment and coating units, back-up power (generators) for uninterruptible production and automatic injection and blow moulding machines.
