EDM Wires

Riya Electrodes offers EDM Wire, Paps. This is a cut-S type wire. It is a standard hard brass wire, has a 65:35 chemical composition and tensile strength (hard wire) 980-1030 N/mm2. This wire is made of CuZn alloyed single-structure, which allows for excellent cost-performance as standard EDM brass wire. This wire made by normal brass allows it to be used in normal machining conditions at WEDM. Salient features: high quality raw material, high accuracy wire diameter, constant tensile strength, cleaned wire surface, saves the running time, and non-paraffin. The auto-threading rate can be raised whether the threading mechanism is pipe type, water jet type, or anneal cutting type because this wire is very straight. The surface of this wire is treated to prevent brass powdering.
