Copper Foils

Arcotech Limited produces high quality Copper Foils with minimum thickness of 35 µm in different grades, manufactured from Grade I copper cathode. Following grades are available based on the requirements for various applications: electrolytic tough pitch copper (ETP copper); deoxidised low residual phosphorous copper (DLP copper); deoxidised high residual phosphorous copper (DHP copper); and tin bearing copper (TBC). General properties: excellent electrical and thermal conductivity; sustainable material, almost 100% recyclable; extreme durability; chemically pure; good corrosion resistance; good mechanical and metallurgical properties; excellent dimensional accuracy; and excellent surface finish and oil free. Applications: the range of dimensions, colours, and finishes combined with the company’s extensive metallurgy background has consistently expanded the range of applications: screening of XLPE cable; electronic connectors; transformers; heat exchangers; radiator fins in automobile; solar panels; gaskets; and tooling, embossing and fine craft. The company produces all non-ferrous alloys, i.e., copper, brass, phosphor bronze, nickel silver, nickel brass, cupro nickel, aluminium bronze, tin bearing copper and silver bearing copper, etc. These are produced in the form of semis like ingots, strips, sheets, plates, foils, bus bars, rods as well as coin blanks, key blanks, terminals, connectors, etc.
