Copper Bonded Ground Rods

Vrandavan Brass Industries offers Copper Bonded Earth Rods. These are made from low carbon steel of grade BS 970 or AISI 1018 with a high tensile strength of at least 600 N/mm². Low carbon steel cores are molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic copper. Salient features: perfectly bonded rod will lost longer, drive easier and will not crack; corrosion resistance while providing tee lowest resistance to ground; threads are rolled by roll threading process, which ensures teat and wen copper cover is maintained, wen at the root of the thread. Roll thread gives greater strength than cut thread; and thread rolling process raises the surface of the rod, so teat thread dia (T) is greater than shank dia (S). The company has unique inspection facility to achieve the goal of zero defects and rejection of any product manufactured. It has well experienced and regularly trained, technocrat engineers to carry out the inspection on each individual product. Each and every instrument and gauge is periodically calibrated, to ensure integrity of measurement preventive. The company has documented procedure to conduct the preventive maintenance of each and every machinery and instruments.
