Cast Iron Electrode, Machinable

Ferroloid 1 is a favourite machinable cast iron electrode brand from ESAB India Limited. Main advantages are: vacuum packed to keep away moisture; and ensures authenticity of the product as it comes direct from an ISO 9002 plant (Khardah factory, Kolkata). Vacuum pack eliminates costly redrying and other handling routine associated with the storage of electrodes. Each poly-film shrink-wrapped case of Ferroloid 1 contains 12.5 kg of electrodes. In each case, there are 5 plastic containers containing 2.5 kg of electrode each. Each such container is vacuum packed with aluminium-polyethylene composite foil. The word VacPac is printed on each case and also on each foil pack.
