Ace Brass Industries offers Brass Components. The range includes: brass turned components (0.2 mm to 400 mm, as per drawings, specifications); brass/MS/copper/sheet metal components (up to 30 tonnes, as per drawings, specifications); MS screws/bolts up to 6 mm dia, 60 mm length; and brass screws, nuts, bolts, washers - any size. Testing facilities include: general measurement instruments like micrometers, vernier, HIP gauges; educated engineers for continuous process inspection; material physical properties - tensile, elongation, izod and hardness testing; and material chemical properties - copper, zinc and other elements testing.
