Asbestos-free brake lining - SFH 501 FG

Standard Friction Components Ltd manufactures SFH 501 FG, a non-asbestos friction material made on the basis of substitute fibre matrix bound by special resins and rubbers in the form of a two-step OE-mix. It is especially designed for heavy-duty truck application and well noticed for its remarkable uniform friction properties over a wide range of performance and excellent drum compatibility as well as for good wear characteristics. The lining has good machinability property, that is, it is easy to machine and drill with appropriate equipment. Its rivet holding capacity is excellent due to high compressive strength.
