Aluminium Ingots

Indo Alusys Industries, promoted by the Jain Group of Industries, was established in the year 1979 to primarily manufacture quality aluminium extrusions for diverse industrial applications. The company has recently ventured into Alloy Ingots production, which can meet the stringent national and international standards like IS/BS/DIN/ASTM or as per customers’ specification. Aluminium alloy ingots are consumed in automobile sector to a great extent for manufacturing pressure die casting components, viz., alloy wheels, cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, cylinder head covers, intake manifolds, axle housings, gearbox housings, etc. The requirement of alloy ingots is growing manifold as India is turning out to be a manufacturing hub and out-sourcing centre for automobiles and auto components for the whole world. The company, based on the concept of total quality management, is strictly following quality norms at every stage of manufacturing process like: raw material inspection, segregation and sorting of scrap, melting and casting, testing and analysis, and finally, packaging.
