Rolling Shutters

Gandhi Automations offers a range of Rolling Shutters made from galvanised steel/stainless steel/aluminium and PVC slats. The range includes: rolling shutters with PUF filled slats (Alulux, Germany) for thermal/sound insulation and dust prevention; rolling shutters as per IS 6248, also available polycarbonate crystal shutters from Clearlink, UK; and compact, noiseless and reliable automation systems from Gaposa, Italy. These rolling shutters can be equipped with safety features like photocells, active rubber bottom safety bar, and anti-fall safety brakes. Other features include: opening-closing speed = 0.05-0.5 m/sec; sizes available – width (max) = 30,000 mm and height (max) = 40,000 mm. A wide range of models of motors for rolling shutters is available, weighing from 150 kg to 2000 kg from Italian leader Gaposa: these can be installed on both new and existing shutters; the motor is concealed inside the hood; no bulky fittings visible outside; simple and easy to install; provision of manual override in case of power failure; motor protected by internal thermal switch; and comfortable operation with radio control. Rolling shutters are made from stainless steel/aluminium – single wall – double wall – extruded (non insulated), roll form (insulated)/PVC/galvanised steel (IS-6248). Corrosion-free surface of aluminium roller shutter profile is additionally coated by high-quality thick layer stove enamel; higher stability of profile and better optical characteristic; and optimum for constructions-buildings that are daily exposed to weather.
