Gandhi Automations Pvt. Ltd. offers Insulated Flip Flap Door. Flap Door models available are Prime Flap with PVC flexible door leaf and insulated door leaf. Flap Doors are swing doors with flexible wings. These doors are in reliable structure; it helps to save energy and make passing through faster. Flap Doors are ideal to be installed in food processing industry, hospitals, supermarkets, retail stores, and spaces that require temperature control.
- Ranges of temperatures: suitable for temperatures starting from 8° to 10°C upto environmental temperatures
- Insulation thickness: 40 mm
- Polyurethane injected door leaf
- PVC coated metal sheet on both sides
- Door leaf profiles and frame profiles in aluminium
- Self revolving hinges for 360° door opening
- Fitted with porthole and flexible PVC bumper protection
- Standard colour RAL 9010
- On request doors can be made in Stainless Steel or different colours
- Optional: Stainless Steel lower part protection or air vents
