Handle With Integrated Microswitch

Elesa and Ganter offers Handle with Integrated Microswitch, EBR-SW, featuring ergonomics, functionality and compactness. These handles are typically assembled on machine doors for protection. With the correct electrical connection and machine working, the red light is on. By pressing the button, the operator, via external contact, requests access to the protected area: in this case the green light will turn on, while the red one will be off. Handle body and closing caps are made of grey/black matt finish technopolymer with integrated microswitch with normally open contact NO and normally closed NC. The red and green lights indicate if on or off. Assembly is by means of two through holes for cylindrical-head screws with internal hexagon. Fitting centre distance is 132 mm. The electrical connection is available in six standard executions: B-C – back output with zinc-plated steel connector, 8 M12x1 poles; D-C – side output with zinc-plated steel connector, 8 M12x1 poles; B-F2.5 – back output with 8 pole cable, length 2.5 mtr; B-F5 – back output with 8 pole cable, length 5 mtr; D-F2.5 – side output with 8 pole cable, length 2.5 mtr; and D-F5 – side output with 8 pole cable, length 5 mtr.
