Dock Doors

Elite Material Handling manufactures dock doors – constructed of crush-resistant polyurethane with metal walls and exclusive interlocking joints; the panels form a super-strong “sandwich” providing strength and durability. A key factor in the durability of a door is its hardware. Components that are not robust enough can become the source of high repair and maintenance costs. A program of planned preventive maintenance will ensure the optimal operation of the doors and prevent service downtime for many years. Features: G-1000: pre-painted aluminium 0.023" (0.60 mm) thick; baked-on polyester based paint; 1¾" (45 mm) door; wood grain finish on both sides of the door; R-16 (RSI 2.8) thermal resistance rating; weighs only 1.5 lb/sq.ft (7.3 kg/m2); G-2000/3000: 23/23-gauge hot-galvanized steel for the G-200b 20/23 gauge for the G-3000; baked-on polyester based paint; 1¾" (45 mm) door; smooth finish on both sides of the door; white only (can be repainted); R-16 (RS12.8) thermal resistance rating.
