The 4-125SL concealed hinge Pr03 130° for surface mounted doors with new innovative design is more user friendly in case where the door has to lifted-off for maintenance. In addition the hinge incorporates the D-SNAP technology for quick and easy installation. Features and benefits: the hinge can be installed and released from the front without access to the back; easy installation of the hinge onto closed profiles; easy, toolless door installation – just by pushing the door into hinged position, the springloaded closing bolt of the doorpart will slide behind the hinge pin automatically; due to the special design of the spring-mounted latch, one person can install the door part without tools; for removal, the pin in the frame part is pulled and the door is lifted off; the pin stays captive, attached to the frame part; for reinstallation of the door, the pin is pushed and latched back into place; the hinge is optimised to support maintenance in cases where it is necessary to remove the enclosure doors; for right and left hand doors; water- and dust-tight according IP 65.
