Intelligent Target Display Board

Countronics introduces the intelligent production target display board for monitoring the production schedules. The simultaneous display of programmed time-dependant production target, achieved production and computed efficiency is to encourage workers to maximise output. The time dependant target is calculated by computing available production time, by subtracting all break times from the total shift time, entering the shift target and displaying the production that should have been achieved till that time. The unit allows setting of 5 shifts each with up to 3 breaks. The dynamic target increases at a user defined refresh rate while the actual production display. Additionally, a reject counter added to monitor wastage. The current status of production is saved to prevent loss on power failure. The cumulative total of actual production of up to 100 different products can be viewed. A RS-232 serial output is provided to download the cumulative totals of each product. This display board is available in different digit display sizes depending on the viewing distance.
