Buildmet Technologies Pvt Ltd. offers Display Systems, BT-PAS-05. Features: High visibility 4" RED LED Display; Opto isolated inputs; Operating voltage is 160VAC to 270VAC; Power fail memory retains last count value; Dimensions include 460mm W x 375mm L x 40mm D; Weight is approximately 2 kg without chain. It is useful in planning daily production quantities. It is also helpful to the production managers to know the current line production status at a glance. Other features include automatic start every day at shift start time, pause the plan counter during lunch break. It will automatically end the plan counting at the end of the shift but allow the actual input to continue so as to cater to overtime requirements. The actual display will reset to zero at 10:00PM every day. In the event of a power failure, the count values are automatically stored in the system. A networked system with a PC control allows up to 32 such displays to be connected simultaneously. The PC interface includes several features including a daily database of readings, individual time setting, plan setting and pause of one or a group of displays for scheduled maintenance or breaks. The PC network also allows the acquired values to be displayed on any PC using their intranet.
