Spring Balancers

Spring Balancers are provisioned with wire arrest mechanism, which locks the drum pulley in case of tool disengagement. These balancers are available for capacity from 9-70 Kg. & have all the feature of SWF balancers as well. These balancers are primarily used with welding guns and applications where chances of wire slitting or tool disengagement due to accidental failure are higher. SWF series balancers are now fully enclosed & are provisioned with a body liner to prevent damage to body. New introduction to meet the long standing requirement of Heavy Weight balancers both in Standard range & Long range. I-Beam trolley has been designed specially to hang Spring balancer in weld shop, Assembly Line for suspending Transformer, Welding Gun and Pneumatic Tools, in Automobile manufacturing Plants. This I-Beam Trollies are rugged in construction made from High Graded steel Plates and Rollers. Good quality pre lubricated roller bearing makes trolley effortless to move on I-beam. Provisioned with Rubber shockers mounted on side plates prevent collision with other trollies. The company produces Spring Balancers in various models like: SWF Series, SWA Series, SBH Series.
