Temperature Scanner Logger For Storing Upto 3000 Readings

Microprocessor Based Temperature Scanner from Countronics is linearised for PT100 & 3 T/Cs (J,K,R) with auto cold junction compensation. For higher accuracy 3 Wire PT-100 Sensor connections for lead compensation are available. An internal memory is used to store upto 3000 temperature reading of the 16 channels at a logging rate settable by users synchronized with a Real Time Clock makes it ideal for industrial logging purposes. This data can be easily downloaded to a PC at a convenient time and saved to a text file in tabular form. The logging interval can be set from 1 min to 99hrs59mins. The tabular format includes the temperature of all the channels along with real time. Manual/Auto Scanning is selectable with the scan rate settable from front panel up to 99sec/channel. In addition, there is a facility to limit the number of channels scanned. This allows for a faster response time. Thermocouple open indication is also displayed on front panel. In order to avoid tampering with the settings, a configuration lock at rear is available to lock the settings. Non-volatile memory is used to save the settings. The aesthetically designed front panel with all settings using only 4 membrane switches makes the equipment user friendly.
