The BTGateway Kit consists of a Brooktrout TR2000 Series DSP processing board, 24 channels of SpeechPac voice compression software based on the G.723.1 vocoder. Fax:Relay software, BTStack323 protocol stack software and Netaccess PRI-ISA24 single T1 board. These components are designed to work together to provide a complete technology solution for H.323-based IP voice and fax gateway applications. The TR2000 series are DSP resource boards designed to support the transport of voice and fax traffic over IP packet data networks. Based on powerful 32bit DSP chips, the series provides the power needed for 24 or more channels of IP voice and fax processing.
